All our products are customed to order so we need 15 days to prepare any pair of sandal or bag.

Insurance of the products is valid during transfer and passes on to the recipient the moment the items are delivered and signed upon by the final receipt. For this reason you are kindly requested to make sure the order is received in perfect condition.

Shoes must be unworn and in their packaging. Any returns are to be carried out via mail. In case of misfits, please notify the customer service department and remember that our company covers extra shipping costs within Greece but des not cover extra shipping costs to other countries.
On condition you receive a faulty item you are kindly advised to notify our customer service providing all item details and proceed with the return of the product within no longer than 14 days.
The above procedure is to be followed in case you are recipients to a wrong item.
Exchange refers to items received by us within 14 days or receipt as long as they are in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed tagged and returned to us in one package through mail. We cannot accept more than one returns periodically from a single order.
Products can be exchanged for a different size of the same product .

Keep it in a cool, dry place protected against the sun rays
Keep it away from synthetic liquids and materials that may stain it
Avoid dampering the stain – use a soft cloth to remove it, instead
Avoid putting the product in plastic bags-always use the recommended storing case
